Do you want to make sure that your gut feeling for a candidate is right?
- Within our services you have the possibility to assign a personality analysis by the LINC Personality Profiler (LPP) to a promising candidate
Or do you have specific personality traits in mind for your position?
- We create a target profile based on your ideas and compare it with the personality profiles of the candidates on our shortlist for your position
Hourly quota by arrangement
Retainer fee
Here we work with a starting rate of between € 3,000 and € 5,000, depending on the position to be filled.
Option 1
- 30% of the annual income of the appointed candidate
Option 2
- 33% of the annual income of the appointed candidate
- Free replacement if the candidate leaves within 6 months
Option 3
- 35% of the annual income of the appointed candidate
- Staggered reimbursement in the event of resignation in the first 3 months (1st month: 50% / 2nd month: 25% / 3rd month: 10%)
